Crucible's Quality Assurance manual describes the operation of Crucible's facility and the integration of total quality into the manufacturing process. The manual is updated annually, and made available to all customers.

Crucible's Quality Assurance System exceeds the requirements of MIL-I 45208. Two types of procedures assure the total quality of Crucible's process. Process Standards, controlling the manufacturing process, and Quality Standards,ensuring a final product that meets all customer requirements. Processes and material properties are monitored continuously using Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.

Crucible's materials and parts meet the most stringent requirements of customers in many different industries for diverse applications. They also satisfy many established standards, including ASTM, API, NACE, AMS, MIL, and ASME.
