Screening  
 
The metal powder is collected in stainless steel tote bins in the clean room at the base of the atomizer, and transferred to the screening complex. Screening equipment is located in clean rooms, under a positive pressure of filtered air. The metal powder moves through a closed system, from the tote bin into vibratory screeners which classify the powder to the desired particle size. Computer monitoring provides real time analysis to screening operators.
